S.B. Ballard Construction Company is the general contractor on this three story 59,400 sf non-separated mixed use building. The project scope includes furnishing and installing civil, landscape, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical  systems. The project scope also includes the infrastructure required for complete security, telecom and AV systems.

The exterior design of the Student Center is mostly comprised of brick veneer, curtain-wall window systems, and aluminum composite panel rain screen systems. Both metal stud back-up and CMU back-up walls are utilized on the exterior. The structural system is steel with both concrete composite deck systems and isolated acoustical floor systems for the elevated floors.

The building program consists of student lounges, meeting rooms, event conference rooms, a TV lounge, dining areas, office space, game room, book distribution center, multi-purpose physical activity (gym), fitness / yoga space, locker room, kitchen / serving, loading / trash space and accessory MEP and storage spaces.
