This project consisted of a 315,000 square foot, 7 level parking structure with 984 spaces. Other work included selective demolition of existing surface paving, relocation of existing site lighting, new sidewalks, utilities and other site improvements.
The work consisted of concrete piles, conventionally reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, masonry, roped-hydraulic elevators, aluminum entrances, storefront and curtain wall, aluminum railings, stressed cable guard rails, hollow metal doors and frames, finish hardware, cabinets and countertops, temporary wood construction fencing, miscellaneous steel work, membrane roofing, lightgage metal framing, exterior insulation and finish system, metal roofing and flashing, glazing, sealants, gypsum wallboard, acoustic ceilings, painting, resilient flooring, plumbing, dry standpipe system, self-contained HVAC units, and electrical power distribution, and lighting systems.
SBBCC was the general contractor on this project having the responsibility of supervision of the overall project and all subcontractors. SBBCC self performed the concrete work, shop drawings, rough blocking, setting doors, finished trim work and minor site work.
