Describe your duties: Performed all aspects of general construction management, to include coordination amongst various trades, resolving trade work conflicts, overseeing subcontract quality control programs, tracking time and material work, leading punch list development, training other GC management team on Blue Beam software program, gaining interpretation of contract documents when needed, mitigating impact of deficient performance by sub-contractors, and self-performing trade work as required.
What is your career goal: Return home to Virginia Beach after graduation to work for a General Contractor
