S.B. Ballard Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Armstrong to the position of President. Jason is a graduate of James Madison University with more than 25 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry, and over 12 years in various preconstruction roles with S.B. Ballard. Diverse project types such as federal, institutional, private, and municipal have provided Jason with the skills to solve a wide range of challenges.
From his former role as VP Chief Estimator, Jason is well-versed in all project delivery methods, but particularly enjoys the challenges of design-build. He believes that design-build offers the most innovative, creative, and sustainable projects, while providing an immeasurable opportunity to maximize client satisfaction.
Understanding the importance of our trade and design partners, Jason has gained the respect of the subcontracting and A&E community through team commitment, reliability, clear communication, and integrity.
Jason believes that empowering and challenging colleagues to realize their true growth potential while respecting work-life balance will help S.B. Ballard stay relevant in an increasingly competitive workforce.
