Last Friday, the S.B. Ballard team joined Beth Sholom Village and Pembroke Square Associates for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the official opening of Aviva Pembroke, the new senior living community located in the Pembroke Square area of Virginia Beach.
S.B. Ballard Construction Company served as the construction manager for the seven-story senior living center, which includes 121 independent living apartments, 20 assisted living apartments, and 12 memory support units. Amenities at the new center include an indoor aquatic center, state-of-the-art fitness center, salon and spa, indoor and outdoor lounges, and an outdoor recreational area sporting a putting green, pickle ball courts, and bocce ball courts.
