S.B. Ballard Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephen Ballard Jr. to Vice President of Construction Services, as well as Corporate Secretary. Stephen graduated from East Coast Carolina University, receiving his degree in Construction Management. Stephen has 15+ years of experience at SBBCC in a variety of different leadership roles and responsibilities within the Company. As Vice President of Construction Services, Stephen will oversee all field operations and executive oversight to all SBBCC project teams to drive production and ensure project coordination. Stephen focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, design-team partners, and trade partners. Stephen’s main areas of responsibility will be overseeing:

- Client relations

- Project coordination
- Risk management
- Project quality control
