John Deere Assembly Plant

Constructed as an assembly plant for John Deere. This building includes 48,364 SF of office, engineering, and training space, and 251,122 SF of manufacturing space on 72 acres. The plant is constructed of a structural steel frame, insulated pre-cast walls, a single-ply membrane roof, 23’ clear height ceilings, 6” concrete floors, and has 42 truck docks. S.B. Ballard was the concrete contractor on this project.
