Target T-3800 Import Warehouse

The facility is located on a 162-acre site. This facility services 688 stores along the East Coast with a particular emphasis of just-in-time delivery of getting items – such as apparel and accessories – to the right place, based on demand. We collaborated with Target’s internal design team and outside consultants, electrical and mechanical subcontractors, and an automation vendor, while navigating the many facets of this complex design. S.B. Ballard was the concrete contractor on this project.
