Stations 606 and 772 parking garages are ready to meet the growing needs of commuters from Dulles to DC. The addition of the two garages were completed through a partnership with Commonwealth Architects and Walter P. Moore, each of which features six floors and 3,500 total parking spaces. The 601,606 square-foot facilities include four elevator towers and a pedestrian walkway for commuters to make their way to the station. With a focus on providing rail access to Dulles, the construction will provide new opportunities for business growth in the region. A testament to S. B. Ballard Construction Company’s commitment to efficient building practices, great care was taken as to not interfere with other surrounding projects and activities going on in the area. Leading the future of sustainable practices, construction of the garages included installation of electric vehicle charging stations.
