S.B. Ballard Construction Company was the General Contractor on the Snow Removal Equipment Maintenance Facility at the Norfolk International Airport. This project consisted of a 41,000 square foot renovation to the existing facility and sand storage building, a new pre-engineered building and 100,000 square feet of concrete paving.
